To get your phone repaired you normally get the shop to send it off to anovo uk but I will include other options so that you can contact the manufacturer directly & the contact links you need

Broken iPhone 4s and MacBook Pro and saved loads of money by fixing it at home.[url]iFixit.com[/url] has everything you need.. alternatively Amazon of course has fantastic home fix kits! I think overall fixing those both at home saved over $300.
