A lot of the time CEOFirstname.CEOLastname@company.com just redirects all incoming mail to high level complaints mailbox.

Don't talk to me about Asda. I did an online shop this morning...a lot of stuff stocking up for my 'housesitters'

All the way to the end and taking payment. An error message came up 'Technical Difficulties with the site'

I rang...apparently the site will be down until 3pm... Not down whilst it allowed me to fill a bloody trolley with shopping. :arse

The CS was worse than useless. Told to come back at 3pm. No offer to take manual payment...and no way to save shopping and exit...

Just got to hope it's all there when I go back !! :Wellfu

Asda prices are cheap, I have to be honest in saying they have not got it right regarding online shopping and the actual lazy arsed staff who are supposed to add everything to their box.
Now I have shopped with them online for bulk monthly shop for food 6 times now and not once have they delivered the full order.
I know the store know where my food is delivered from and still they get it wrong.
First order half the stuff was missing even though it stated the stuff was there
Phoned their manager up and he was a waste of space, too lazy to sort it out.
It was their supervisor who fixed it and all my missing items arrived the next day at no cost to me
The way they take the payment off needs to be faster and refunds should not take 5 days.
These days I like to shop in peace and quiet and hate hearing kids screaming in tantrums in supermarkets and so I shop online for most items.
