Same on the outside (except now charges via waterproof usb connector with no flap)
So all changes are internal.
Does have a micro SD slot (win)
Now for the checklist
2k (Quad hd) screen
Snapdragon 810
3gb ddr4 ram
Built in amplifier upgrade
Wifi direct connection to ps4

Get those inside and i stay sony.

Hmmmmm,
Not worth upgrading to from z3 imo.(unless they pull a 2k variant with new sensor out the bag, which they won't, it's hopeful reporting)
And z3 isn't exactly miles ahead of Z2
Xperia Z2 is still the best bang for buck Sony out there.
Has all the features of z3, and is much cheaper.

Oh, and sim and sd card pop into the same plastic slide in holder.
I.e, each time you want to pop out the sd card, the sim will pop out too and reset the phone.

That's an epic fail then, wonder if thst becomes a big issue or gets rectified before release

I mean I don't get Sony, they moan that they don't get enough profit from mobiles and then don't realise why:
Constant churning our different low end models.
Constant lack of promotion and delayed sales in states.
6 month updates to flagships with minimal upgrades.

A fekkin clown could tell Sony to stop arsing around with so Many junk low end phones, and concentrate on mid -high range handsets. How much money they gonna waste on R&D and come out with stuff like this.?
