Email junk on iPhone

is there anything that can be done in regards to the amount of junk emails that come into iPhone or any I devices?
My husband has to delete around 300 junk a day just to check work schedule on his mobile
I have mine turned off :lol

Just mark them all as spam and then they won't bother your inbox.
There are also in built spam filters in some email clients that you can enable.

Our email goes on an American server so I reckon all spam from there
