Nokia 640 LTE

PostPosted by WispaRed7 » Wed Jul 01, 2015 9:12 pm

I've had my 1st smartphone about 2 months now, & I'm having trouble viewing the photos I had on my previous phone which were transferred to this phone by an O2 shop person, to quote him 'you have some photos on your sim & some on your phone, I'll put them all on to your phone' I didn't understand at the time what he meant, my system was to have about 100 photos on old phone then print some off at town photo shop, transfer to disk, then delete off phone
the good thing is I'm not frightened of the smartphone & enjoy using it, particularly the bigger screen & the feeling that I'm in the 21st century re: tech now :dance

One of the tiles on your homescreen should be a shortcut to your photo gallery or go settings >photos

Hello, I've just got a text message from my son which says: Get media content now (72 KB)
I'm not sure what it means
I'm thinking he has sent me a photo possibly of his partners graduation day
I've tapped on the screen, but nothing happens
thank you :help

Turn off wifi and turn on mobile data.
Try and download it again.

thank you very much MI5
by going through your instructions on my phone very slowly & carefully I've successfully downloaded the message & photo
the photo is of the Leeds Grand Theatre stage where my son & his partner are there to see Dirty Rotten Scoundrels
they are in the stalls, having used the voucher I sent to my son for his 30th birthday
thank you again MI5 :dance
