Mine have rarely gone wrong apart from user error (broken screen , Water damage etc )

Just sold my 5s lol new (non apple screen) to a mate and very happy !!!

Call 202 or pop into an O2 shop and they will sort you out.
Make sure you get the correct type for your tariff as contract and payg are different :Wellfu
