Dunno as I've never forgot mine, but it's the same as you used to sign in on your phone to your google account, if that helps?

Nope...cos if I click on Gmail on phone, tablet and now laptop....it just says Hello Denise... :lmao :lmao

Did it on the mobile. There is a contact us section for account security. I filled that in...they sent me a code back input the code, changed password... and there you have it...

NO help from anyone behind the scenes.... in case you are wondering. Cleo did it all on her own...I am bursting with delight :bringit
