So......all went well changing to Gmail for O2 account on laptop. ..signed in got emails...yahey
Then I have just tried to sign in to O2 on mobile and keeps telling me wrong password. I know what it is dammit. I have just changed it :Wellfu

Update...Re O2...email address and password changed to Gmail and all fine WITH ACCESS FROM PC.. I can get on via PC and log on fine

I can not do this with my phone and tablet.

Advised to add Chrome to PC and sync from there and I should then be able to log on via phone and tablet.

I still can't. It is still showing OLD Bt email address in log in (on phone)..when I delete that and put in Gmail address it tells me It isn't recognised.

I have gone round in bloody circles on and off for 12 hrs today...I have now lost the will to live :idk :idk :Wellfu

I have it working now...but NOT from email access.
If I go in via My O2 app... this takes my new gmail sign in details...then faffing about I access the community from there :Wellfu
