Hi, I have again rung my bank & spoken to the Secure Code desk who say they have no problem with me ... the system is offered to companies by the bank ... I have since tried to shop with Dorothy Perkins, Marks & Spencer & Ebay & again I have not had the end page where I can input my Mastercard Secure Code to verify my debit card number, I have yet again been advised to contact my bank
This whole thing is getting me down ... I can panic when going physically round a supermarket & carrying home shopping from town is laborious
I understand what you say Cleoriff
I have Kaspersky antivirus ware
& I have tried using Internet Explorer when my usual browser is Chrome
:(

Try going into kaspersky settings and turn off safe money.
Also, run an update to kaspersky

Hi viridis ... before I do what you have said above, is it worth noting that I appear to have Mcaffee security as well, I genuinely don't know how I came by this, I do know I have & pay for Kaspersky anti-virus ware, thank you

Get rid of the mcaffee if it's the non paid one, the kaspersky will be perfectly adequate

Hi viridis, I'm sorry to say I've tried, but I really don't know how to get rid of the Mcaffee security, do you know?

Hi viridis, I have turned off safe money in Kaspersky & will follow on with your instructions tomorrow as it's getting late.
Can I safely leave turned off safe money?

Should be fine as all your card payments are secured with a password or code when using verified by Visa/Mastercard anyway.
But try it first and see if it does indeed help.
