That's the bit i looked at. It says "You can contact them by web chat, phone, or letter" but couldn't see an address. Mrs phillpark doesn't wanna phone as she thinks the content of the call can be argued with.

EDIT: Sorry, re-reading this now. Do I have to phone them? If it's customer services we've got an issue with, surely we're just gonna be put through to a sub-section of customer services?

As far as I am concerned you HAVE phoned them....no need to repeat it surely? You can send your letter to them via the link given by MI5 or email via my link...

That's the crux of it. They've said they uphold the complaint, the airtime charge had been added incorrectly, and they are refunding us £17.10 that was overpaid (as two airtime direct debits were taken).

Basically, they would have been happy with us overpaying by around £70 until we refused and complained.
