Facebook and M.Facebook

PostPosted by Cleoriff » Wed Jan 18, 2017 9:41 am

On my mobile I have Facebook. The normal one that I get on my laptop. However just recently I have started to get 2 lots of notifications in ...normal FB ones and duplicated notifications from m.facebook
m.facebook is the app for Mobile phones. (I have NEVER handed my mobile number to FB by the way)
If I look in my Accounts it just shows ONE Facebook account

Why am I getting 2 sets of notification?
I DONT want m.facebook so how do I get rid of it... if only 1 FB is showing in my account?

I don't want to delete it..I just dont want or need the mobile version. I am quite happy with the usual one
Getting notifications about the same thing twice is annoying as hell!!

Log out of the one you use less frequently than the one you prefer. You may have not logged out on one device. It's happened to me before
