Sorry been a long time away
Just recently moved from o2 to 3 mobile and recently took out a 12month contract with them on Saturday which is only £12 per month. I was £10 on pay and go so was not much increase in price
Had a problem straight away when sims were swapped over and tried to log into my account
kept saying error password not correct, after 5 password resets still could not log in cause it was asking me for activation via email.
Never got numerous emails they sent out, and hubby works as It tech specialist and stated problem was not at our end.
I also kept same number

Reason I changed to a different network is 3 will be better deal for using my mobile in New York

Got so fed up on 3 chat this morning that I just left chat open and went away for a bike ride :lol
This afternoon also still no joy in chat and got their manager to phone me

Do they have the right email address? Have you checked spam folders? You may need to get them to reset your account. Hopefully one of the other members will have more advice

numerous password resets since the new sim card kicked in

Just got the direct debit thing in from 3 and not amused
Now when I went into the store I was told and signed for a £12 a month contract, on the direct debit it is stating £20 a month.
So I am going into store Saturday to cancel contract and not paying them anything
