That's where it may get interesting.

As you can see I have 12 months free.

Promo Code Discount (Non-O2) is probably the equivalent of the £200 offer of phone credit to people signing a new contract which I did.

Sky said they will honour existing contracts...

ETA: Perhaps I should let them offer me a settlement figure now as the money would come in really handy :mrgreen:

Tbf though, they are generating these bills every month so it is on their system.

Surely if they question it when the time comes to pay up they have had 'reasonable' time to correct the error.

If they refuse, I say small claims court!!!!

They may argue the promo credit is a credit only and not monetary in value and therefore you can use it against you sky /o2 bills but can't have it refunded.
