Changed my pass word etc., not showing me as logged in :nonono

Looking good.
Run Odin and stick the md5 file into PDA section.
Phone in download mode and connect - Hit start :)

PDA section? Can't see it ...... also, am I not meant to 'extract' the md5?

Edit: also, kies is not installed on my pc - looking at your Odin guide it would appear I need it? (don't recall it being needed when I rooted/rom'd the phone)

If it's an md5 file it's already extracted.
Looks like it's changed in 3.09
It used to be:
Bootloader
PDA
Phone
CSC
